Josephine Annette Munnerlyn, daughter of George A. Munnerlyn and Vernie Idris Kenchelo, born in Lonoke Co., Arkansas on April 20, 1912. Josephine married in about 1929 to John W. Hastings. Josephine worked at the ASCS (Agriculture Stabilization and Conservation Service) office in Lonoke as a secretary for many years. Her husband, John Bloss Hastings worked for Arkla Gas. They had one son and three grandchildren. As a hobby, Josephine collected salt and pepper shakers. Josephine died in Lonoke Co., Arkansas on May 7, 2003. She was buried at Sunset Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Lonoke Co., Arkansas
