Frederick Eugene Munnerlyn
(3 May 1952 - 15 Feb 2005)

Frederick "Fred" Eugene Munnerlyn was born May 3, 1952, in San Bernardino, San Bernardino Co., California, to Roderick Hillman and DeLois Marilyn ( ) Munnerlyn. Fred grew up mostly in Long Beach, CA and Big Bear Lake, CA.  He graduated from Big Bear Lake High School in 1970.

Fred never married or had any children, but was always very active in his family's lives. He had two older sisters', JoEllen and Sharon, and two younger brothers', Rod and David.  He also had several nieces and nephews, whom he loved spending time with and sharing his life with them.  In addition, he had several great nieces and nephews.  

Fred loved the outdoors and spent a lot of his free time camping, fishing, and hunting.  He especially liked Yosemite National Park in Northern California and the Big Sur area.

In the late 80's Fred relocated to Texas and had a few different jobs such as working on the railroads before eventually following in his father's footsteps and starting his own Pest Control Service in Weatherford, Texas.  Fred eventually bought a home there and shared it with his mother in her last years. 

Fred also spent time in Texas hunting and camping and also going to his land in Colorado.  His ultimate dream was to build a log cabin there but unfortunately he passed away on February 15, 2005, at the age of 52, before seeing that dream fulfilled.
