Charles Lee Munnerlyn was the son of Charles B. Munnerlyn and Mary Spence, born in Mobil, Mobil Co., Alabama ca. 1866. Charles married on 1st of Dec. 1890 to Willie Weston Mathews in Mobil, Mobil Co., Alabama. Charles & Willie had three children, Charles Lee, Jr., Orrie Mae, and Minnie W. Charles died on May 11, 1914 in Mobil, AL and was buried in Magnolia Cemetery, Mobile, Mobile Co., AL. After Charles' death, Willie went to Washington DC to live with her brother.
Children of Charles Lee Munnerlyn and Willie Weston Mathews: Charles Lee Munnerlyn, Jr. & Orrie Mae Munnerlyn. Willie Weston Mathews and her two Brothers John C. and Timothy Walton "Watt" Mathews whom Willie lived with after the death of her husband Charles.
